No surprises, no pressure. Here's how a first appointment typically goes.
Arrive a few minutes early
Come in 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time so we can get your paperwork finalized and settle you in. Free parking is right out front.
Comprehensive exam and imaging
We'll take digital X-rays and a full set of intraoral photos so Dr. Osborne has a complete picture of your oral health. Quick, comfortable, and radiation-minimal.
A real conversation with Dr. Osborne
Dr. Osborne reviews everything with you in plain language, listens to your goals and concerns, and walks through any findings together. No rushed consults, no pressure.
A cleaning (if time allows) and a plan
Most new patients receive their cleaning at the first visit. You'll leave with a clear, prioritized care plan and answers to every question you came in with.
Insurance
We work with your plan.
We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans and will file claims on your behalf at no additional charge. Call us with your plan info and we'll verify your coverage before your first visit.
Payment options
Care that fits your budget.
All major cards and HSA/FSA. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and health spending accounts all accepted.
CareCredit financing. 0% interest plans available for larger treatment, subject to approval.

How long should I plan for my first visit?
Plan on about 60-90 minutes. A new-patient visit includes paperwork, exam, X-rays, photos, a conversation with Dr. Osborne, and usually a cleaning.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major PPO plans. Call us with your plan info and we'll verify your coverage before your visit.
What if I don't have insurance?
No problem. Many of our patients don't have dental insurance. We offer transparent out-of-pocket pricing, flexible payment options, and third-party financing through CareCredit.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you accommodate that?
Absolutely. Let us know when you book and we'll take extra time at the start of your visit to walk you through everything. Dr. Osborne is known for a calm, patient, gentle approach and will never do anything without explaining it first.
